1. The preview
This licence covers the Sprite Studio preview for invited early access. The preview is private and in development, and it may change or break between builds. Invitees may use it for evaluation and for production use, at their own risk. The preview is intended for adult professionals; you must be at least 18 years old to use it.
2. Licence grant
We grant the invitee a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the preview. The number of seats, and any team rules, follow your written agreement with us.
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute or sublicense the software. You may not reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law gives you that right anyway. You may not remove or hide our notices.
4. Your content and outputs
You keep the rights to the inputs you bring to the tool. Model providers' own terms govern the services they operate. You are responsible for how you use any outputs.
AI outputs may not be unique, and they may need review before commercial use. Treat any output as something to check, not something guaranteed.
5. Content rules
Characters must be adults. An 18+ rule for characters is enforced in the app. You must not create illegal content. Mature workflows must comply with the terms of the model providers you route them to.
6. Your keys and costs
You supply and pay for your own model-provider accounts and keys. The app never starts or stops rented hardware for you; any rented GPU is under your control and your account.
7. No warranty
The preview is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the preview is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We may end preview access at any time. If it ends, your local data — your library, images and settings — remains yours on your own machine.
10. Updates
We may update the preview and this licence. Continued use of a new build means you accept the current version.
11. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of the country in which Wargnema is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This is the same basis as our terms of use.
