1. Scope
This policy covers this static marketing website and the private Sprite Studio preview. Wargnema is an independent studio and is the controller for the data described here. Formal entity details for legal notices are provided in the preview agreement and on request.
2. What this website collects
This website is deliberately simple. It runs no analytics, no tracking scripts and no accounts. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page makes no request to a third-party font service.
The only thing we store in your browser is one local preference: a flag that remembers you dismissed the announcement bar. It is held in localStorage under the key ss.announce.dismissed. It is not a cookie, and it never leaves your browser.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, processes standard server logs purely to deliver and secure the site. A short summary:

3. Emails you send us
When you write to us — for early access, press or a privacy request — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use that only to reply and to manage access. We do not add you to a mailing list without your say.
4. The preview app and your data
The Sprite Studio preview is local-first. Your library, images and settings stay on your own machine. Your model-provider keys are stored in Windows Credential Manager on your device and are never sent to us.
When a step uses a third-party model provider, only the content you choose is sent, under your own account with that provider. Their terms and privacy policies govern that processing.
5. Legal bases and retention
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security logs, and on your consent or our legitimate interest for correspondence. We do not keep our own copies of server logs — our hosting provider's retention governs how long they exist (see Cloudflare's privacy documentation). Correspondence is kept until the conversation ends, plus a short period for follow-up.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and portability. You can also object to processing, and you can complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to us.
7. Sharing
We do not sell data. The only processor acting on our behalf is our hosting provider. Model providers act under your own accounts and their own terms, not ours.
8. International transfers
Our host operates globally, so log data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children. The preview is intended for adult creators, and an 18+ rule for characters is enforced in the app.
